Laurel Carson from the Software Advice Group recently published an article reviewing efforts of companies implementing and improving their business through Social CRM, while I wish there had been more emphasis on identifying best practices and the mechanics of those (great opportunity for a follow up article) there are quite a few valuable nuggets in the article; unearthing a few:
