Today I was informed my position at Razorfish, a job I loved, had been eliminated. I can’t say I am happy about it and I’ll say I will miss the wonderful people I had the chance to work with, and the opportunity to help push forward many projects I was involved in.
But with this bad news I have been given a white canvas; possibilities are now open and I truly feel that I can take this in many different directions. I will be carefully thinking about the alternatives and, while keeping my feet on the ground, daringly deciding where I should go next.
I thank all the people that came forward to offer support and help; your words mean a lot to me.

I am sorry to hear this but in the end I am sure it will yield good things. What appears to be a step backward in many cases allows you to access a better road that otherwise, you would have missed. Like many around you, I have supreme confidence and belief in both you and also your substantial abilities.
